Our team in Munich

Born in Munich, Joachim Haedke is a business graduate, founder and managing partner of Finanzierung.com. He was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament from 1998 to 2008. He also chaired the "Junge Gruppe" in parliament and was a member of the Interior and Environment Committee. He supported the Munich CSU through his long-standing membership of the executive committee, where he was also chairman of the Future Commission. He was also a member of the board of the parliamentary group for medium-sized businesses and deputy chairman of the Federation of Self-Employed Persons. Joachim Haedke is himself a full-blooded entrepreneur with numerous real estate commitments, a consulting company and sits on several supervisory boards of companies, some of which are listed on the stock exchange.

Fabian learned the financing business from the ground up. After graduating from high school, he studied for a Bachelor of Insurance Management at a Munich insurance company. He discovered his enthusiasm for real estate and real estate financing in their investment management department. Fabian completed an Executive Master in Business (M.A.) in Real Estate Investment & Finance at EBS University. At Finanzierung.com, Fabian heads the Real Estate department as an authorized signatory and is responsible for our Renewable Energy division. In his private life, he loves sailing and racing bikes.

Stefan likes to get to the point. He studied political science and is a trained journalist. After working for "BILD", "Bunte" and "Abendzeitung", he founded and managed the Bavarian representative office of the "WELT" group of Axel Springer with all its publications for many years. At Finanzierung.com, he is responsible for direct marketing, newsletters, our newsroom with articles on current events and website content, as well as the company's public image. He is a lover of Italy, passionate cook and avid reader.

Florian is our digital native. He programmed his first website back in 2006 and successfully launched his first app in 2009. A social media startup founded with a school friend was followed by a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication Management in Munich and the founding of another startup company. Florian has been responsible for IT as CTO at Finanzierung.com since 2019.

Heinz has completed two engineering courses and holds degrees in both economics and mechanical engineering. As an expert at Finanzierung.com, he is responsible for the technical analysis of projects as well as funding and subsidy opportunities.

Matthias recently rejoined the Finanzierung.com team and structures corporate financings. He has many years of experience in this field. In his spare time, he is politically active in the JU and CSU, goes swimming and has a rare talent: Matthias has been speaking Norwegian since a two-year study visit to the far north.

Kristina actually holds a doctorate in veterinary medicine, but has always had a knack for numbers. She has been with Finanzierung.com since 2018 and is responsible for HR, accounting and finance. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, reading and horse riding.

Julia is our CEO's right-hand woman and, as a certified property agent, knows the real estate business inside out.
